Payments not made by designated due dates will result in a 5% late fee added for each week payment is past due.

Office staff MUST be informed if you wish to pull your child out of dance class. Charges will continue to apply until we have been informed. There will be no credits or refunds issued if you wish to discontinue lessons once the dance season has begun. If you wish to cancel lessons before the season has started, we will keep payment for the first week of classes, and issue a refund for the remainder of your payment.

There will be NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS ISSUED for missed classes, session classes, camps, intensives, or other special events. Notification of the inability to attend a lesson is a courtesy, but does not excuse payment! Missed classes will not be made up.

-Students and Parents are expected to be courteous and respectful to studio staff, other parents, and fellow students while at Dynamic Dance & Fitness. Please treat everyone with the respect you wish to receive in return. We are here to learn, make friends and have fun!!!

-Dancers must adhere to the dress code, be on time for class(es) and have a good work ethic.

-Consistent attendance is essential for each student’s improvement. Students must attend class on a regular basis.

-Parents must remain outside the classroom while class is in session unless invited by the teacher. Parental interference is distracting to the class and the instructor.

-Candy, gum or food of any kind are not permitted in the classroom at any time.

-Students need to be under parental supervision when NOT in the classroom.

-Please do NOT drop off your child more than 15 minutes prior to class time. Non-dancers/siblings should not be left at the studio unsupervised.

-Dynamic Dance and Fitness reserves the right to use photos or video, taken either in class or in the Dynamic Dance & Fitness Studio, or other performances of Dynamic students, for the purposes of instruction, advertising and promoting DDF and its programs. Students or parents/guardians of students who are minors, who do not wish to comply with this policy must notify the Front Desk in writing when they register.

-Dynamic Dance & Fitness is not responsible for any lost or stolen items from the studio
